To get your free reusable bag: Buy two Chi-Chis products between August 1, 2009 – April 30, 2010, mail in this form (must be received by May 15, 2010)along with the 2 UPCs and the receipt with the 2 items circled. and in 6-8 weeks you should receive your FREE reusable bag! Fine print states that liquor items are excluded.

If you purchase 2 Chi-Chis products, you can get a free reusable shopping bag. Just complete this form and mail it in with your original receipt(s) with the products circled. You will also need to include the UPCs from the 2 products that were purchased
