Yum!

That completes this review. Kthxbai.

What? you want a little more detail?  ;)

I have to admit I was a little leary of Fiber One messing with toaster pastries.  It is an easy breakfast or snack, but not exactly the healthiest.  And that is part of its appeal.  Or at least was.  Now, there are still plenty of calories and sugar in the Fiber One toaster pastries, but you can now get 20% of your daily dietary fiber in each one (Heh! That’s 40% because we know we aren’t going to waste the other pastry in the package.)  And as I’ve already mentioned – they are yummy.  I had the brown sugar & cinnamon, which is probably one of my favorite flavor combinations.  I don’t like to overinudate my three year old with fiber, but I did let him taste test with me and he thought it was yummy, too.

We need to pay more attention to the foods we eat – everyone agrees with that.  But truth is, we are still going to buy family favorites.  Any small steps we start taking are still steps – and if you are buying toaster pastries anyway, grab some that also has the good stuff.
