My entire in-store Black Friday shopping consisted of just Toys R Us and Babies R Us.  I’m still not getting a “good” night’s rest as Baby C is just shy of 4 weeks old and when I finished at Toys R Us and Babies R Us, I was too tired to feel up to dealing with Walmart, Target or the like.  I got what I was after though – some good deals on clothing.  I didn’t even buy a lot really, but since I’ve already got a good bit of the CHristmas shopping done, I was buying because I wanted to even though I’ll probably wrap some of the items for Christmas.

I was impressed with how quickly I moved through the Toys R Us line, even though it was longer than a non-Black Friday day.  Babies R Us had some of the same deals as Toys R Us, depending on their stock, and wasn’t at all busy – probably the best kept secret depending on what you were after.  Since they have a better stock of clothing and more clearance racks, it was a better find than Toys R Us for the clothing deal.
